Frequently Asked Questions
Answers for All Your Inquiries
What is the typical cost of your tree surgery services?
Trees are all different shapes and sizes, rendering every job unique. To be able to give you an accurate price, we will need to arrange a free, no obligation site visit. Please contact us.
What guarantees can you offer that the tree services will be completed at the price quoted?
We ensure that every price quoted is final, unless there is additional work requested by you during the job.
How can I be sure you are the right person for the job?
We have over 10 years experience and a team of qualified, friendly and reliable workers. Our passion for perfection will ensure that you will receive the best service and experience possible.
What do you do with the tree waste once you've finished?
Our team uses machinery to reduce smaller tree waste into woodchip, which is dropped to a farm to be recycled into mulch. Our large timber waste is also taken to a farm where it is converted into firewood and sold on.
How can I tell if my tree is diseased?
There are many signs that your tree is diseased, including leaf discoloration, dead branches, fungus spoors and more. If you think your tree is showing signs of disease, then the best thing to do is get an expert opinion. We're happy to provide free, professional advice on these matters.
Do I need permission to have work carried out on my trees?
We always liaise with the local authorities for confirmation of any protected status before conducting any arboricultural work or tree care services. This is at no additional cost to you.
